The entire staff is amazing. The receptionists are always friendly and welcoming, and Anju, the office manager, always goes above and beyond to make sure anything I need gets taken care of. The nurses are patient, kind, and especially understanding with my son, who has special needs. Their compassion and respect mean so much to our family.
I am truly grateful for the outstanding care we’ve received over the years and highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a caring, professional primary care team.
One thing that really stood out to me was when I was having a hard time finding the right care for my spine a few years ago. Dr. Bikram personally made a few calls to specialists he knew and helped me get connected with the right people. I will never forget that because he didn’t have to do that, but he genuinely wanted to make sure I got the best care possible.
Every visit has been a positive experience. I never feel rushed, my concerns are taken seriously, and I always leave feeling like I have a plan.
